This article by Ed in the PPG has got to get you excited. The thought of going back to the Franco and Rocky days with perhaps a receiver group much like Swann and Stallworth has got me exited once again. Now I do not think that Mendenhall will be rushed into things and perhaps Najeh will even be the #2 on opening day, but that will be short lived. Mendenhall will be slowly eased into work and learning pass protection. Hopefully the Steelers will get off to a fast start and Mendenhall can be a major force going forward after the first quarter of the season. Having two good backs with different skill sets as these two have will open up the field considerably. I still hope our offensive line and defensive line can hold the fort as it should be another great year to be a Steeler fan.
