Should the Cleveland Browns not make the playoffs and both head coach Romeo Crennel and general manager Phil Savage are fired, Pro Football Talk is reporting that former Steelers coach Bill Cowher might be the next coach in Cleveland. The Browns are rumored to be willing to give Cowher a contract worth $8 million to $9 million per year and final say over personnel.
