Steelers offensive tackle Marvel Smith placed on injured reserve today and tackle Jason Capizzi was signed from the Rams practice squad to take his place on the roster. Smith has not played the past 10 games because of back injury. Smith will also be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason and likely played his last game in a Steeler uniform.
