Steelers Sign BC Lions RB Logan To Two Year Contract

The Steelers have agreed to a two year future contract with B.C. Lions running back Stefan Logan. The two-year deal with  will be signed on Friday. There is no significant signing bonus in the deal, but that fact does not bother the South Dakota product. “I\’m not worried about that,” Logan told TSN.  “They told me I had a good opportunity to make the team as a starting kick and punt returner and as a third down back.” Logan had a breakout campaign in his first year in the CFL and was among the league leaders in rushing yards with 889 yards on just 122 carries.  He also caught 52 passes for 477 yards and three touchdowns.

What the %$*! is wrong with our personel director of player, the last thing we need is ANOTHER undersized Back!!! Regardless of what the pundents think this is NOT “Steeler Football”. We need a Bettis, Morris, Harris bruser back, like 6’1″ 235-260lb, north-south runner. All season we could not punch it in on 1st and Goal and kicked too many field goals inside the 5 yard line. I. E. Superbowl 43, 1st and goal at the 5 yard line we attempted a field goal from the 9 our holder was ruffed and we got a second chance at first and goal from the 5, three plays later we kick a field goal from the 1 foot line. PLEASE – the only thing Cowher did not leave Tomlin was a replacement for the BUS – PLEASE DRAFT ONE.
I believe the Power back will give us SB 44.
