Stop the video at 12 seconds….hmmmm…seems like a block in the back to me!

  • Ron

Yeah :12 obvious illegal block in the back. Refs were in steeler’s pocket.

Kurt warner was being held by number 26 on the Pittsburg team. There should’ve been a flag and no touchdown.

Keep reaching Cards fans. Great game. Congrats on a great season.

Didn’t know the sidelines were an express lane for Fitzgerald…thats interesting…

Everyone is quick to forget, even if he didn’t score a TD, there was a personal foul face mask penalty on the cardinals, which still would’ve given us a chance at a score. Keep reaching Cards fans.

You got a bull holding call for the safety. LB ran over Hartings and tripped over him which got the hold call. Wouldn’t have even gotten the Fitz td without that bull call.

I think it is a shame the unsportsmanship from Harrison. Punching!! It’s football, that is a bad example to young children who idolize these players. He should have been thrown out of the game!

Right on Jay, a hold is a hold is a hold. Warner might not have made the tackle anyway, but maybe someone else would have gotten there (where were they anyway). And in response to ‘there was a face mask on the play’, fine. Then that could have been tacked onto the end of where the ball would have been after the hold.

However, in fairness, there were some bad calls and non calls on both teams. Ain’t it a shame that in the biggest game of the year we get borderline incompetent officiating?

Great comeback by the Steelers, great hanging in there by the Cardinals. In all, a very good game, especially the final quarter.

? for someone: why did the Cards choose to defend on the opening kickoff? Why didn’t the Steelers go for it on the one inch line, and kick a FG? Both seemed like odd choices.

were these the same refs as the ones in the last super bowl that the steelers played in?

  • PITTSBURGH21

HIGHTOWER TRIED TO TURN HIS BACK AND BACK INTO MAKING THE TACKLE … WHICH MAKES YOU OPEN TO ANY TYPE BLOCK … BUT HE BLOCKS HIS ARM FROM THE SIDE … HAVE YOU TWITS EVER WATCHED PRO FOOTBALL BEFORE?

Come on Cards fans..yea you had a great season…but you couldnt finish..bottom line!!!!!!

Funny how people on the losing side always look for any little excuse to make themselves feel like their team was cheated. Jealousy is a bad human reaction. That was one fantastic football play anyway you look at it. Cardinal fans….get out your microscopes and keep looking for hope.
