Former Steeler John Banaszak Hospitalized After Aneurysms

Robert Morris University assistant football coach and former Steeler defensive end John Banaszak, has been hospitalized and is in critical condition at Allegheny General Hospital after reportedly suffering multiple aneurysms. Banaszak is a 3 time Super Bowl Champion and was a starter for the Steelers in Super Bowls XIII & XIV. He later went on to play in the USFL for the for the Michigan Panthers where he won the 1983 USFL Championship as a starting defensive end and later played for the Memphis Showboats.
