ESPN seems to think that Lawrence Timmons replacing departed Larry Foote should give Pittsburgh's linebacking group an upgrade over last year.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth will serve 30 days in the hole after pleading guilty to DUI manslaughter charge. Stallworth also reached a confidential financial payoff with the Reyes' family. Very sad indeed.

Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco Johnson Hernandez says he plans to stay with quarterback Carson Palmer’s family in July to make up for the lost time of the pair not working together much during the offseason. I wonder if Palmer's family knows this? No word yet on if he will take their last name of Palmer.

ESPN has hired NFL Network reporter Adam Schefter. The NFL Network replaced Schefter with Jason La Canfora, formerly the Redskins beat reporter for the Washington Post.
