Here is an update on former Steelers defensive back, Dwayne Woodruff, and how he ended up becoming a county Court of Common Pleas judge in Allegheny County. Woodruff is down in Alabama, supporting the John Stallworth celebrity golf tournament that provides scholarships for Alabama A&M students.

Happy birthday shout outs to running back Rashard Mendenhall and offensive lineman Jason Capizzi, today. Mendenhall turns 22 and Capizzi turns 24.

Former Steeler bust, Willie Reid, signed with the Dallas Cowboys this week and is already missing practices due to illness. You would think he would suck it up a bit more being as he is already on the bubble as it is. Nice knowing you Willie.

Terry Pluto of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, thinks Browns wide receiver, Donté Stallworth, should be gone from the NFL for a year, and from the Cleveland Browns for good. Stallworth was suspended indefinitely by the league on Thursday.
