A little competition never hurt anyone. Looks like it Willie Parker is taking this off season seriously as he seems to be working a little bit harder. he claims he is faster. Keep it up Fast Willie.

This Brandon Marshall blog post should put an end to his time spent with the Broncos. Marshall will likely be a Raven or a Brown by the end of the week. Seems both those organizations are modeling themselves after the Bengals. Stay tuned.

Steelers Hall of Fame wide receiver John Stallworth will chair the 21st Annual Gatorade/Steelers 5K Race, Fitness Walk and Kids’ Kickoff Run on Sunday, August 30, at 9 a.m. at Heinz Field.

Looks like Mike Peticca of the Cleveland Plain Dealer has some sour grapes he is dealing with Pittsburgh pro sports teams. Grace and dignity? Really? Perhaps he hasn't seen the Dawg Pound throw batteries at the opposing teams players before.

NFL.com analyst Jamie Dukes thinks Browns wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth should be suspended for a year and I totally agree with him. I would say the same thing should a Steeler player have done the same thing.
