Ed Bouchette has a story on Willie Parker this morning in the Post Gazette. Parker claims he has his speed back and knows he is playing for his future this season.

Limas Sweed is making huge strides in his second year. Gerry Dulac reports that Sweed probably has already made more plays in three days of camp than he did all of last season. The game seems to be slowing down for him. Video interview here.
