Steelers Six From Around The Web – Wednesday September 30th

NFL.com Senior Columnist Vic Carucci reports that a NFL scout and a former team executive think the biggest problem with the Steelers is an offense that relies far too much on quarterback Ben Roethlisberger to make plays with his arm and improvisation.

The Isaac Redman fans remain up in arms that he is not on the active roster. Bob Smizik addressed that very reason in a morning PPG blog post. Several however did not care for his reasoning though. I for one side with Smizik. Not that I do not like the little I have seen of Redman, there just is not a spot on the roster for him, yet.

The Steelers will be wearing their throwback uniforms this weekend as they host the San Diego Chargers. The uniforms were inspired by the one worn for home games by the Steelers from 1947-62.

An Eagles fan has said she was barred from Lincoln Financial Field before Sunday\’s Eagles game against the Chiefs until she agreed to turn inside out an anti-Vick T-shirt.
