Steelers Six From Around The Web – Thursday October 15th

Former Steelers fullback and defensive back, Ernest B. Bonelli (Ernie), passed away on Monday at the age of 90. RIP Ernie!

Running back Willie Parker is wearing specially designed shoes by Nike to protect his turf toe injury. To read between the lines, it does not sound like he will play Sunday versus the Browns. alot will depend on if he can continue to practice fully today and Friday.

Dale Lolley talked to several Steelers players about the loss of defensive end Aaron Smith.

Linebacker LaMarr Woodley is now being credited with the whole sack on the second of four sacks of Daunte Culpepper this past Sunday. Original he was given a half sack along with cornerback William Gay.

It is so fun to watch the Clowns fans bitch and moan. You can tell it is Steelers week on the Clowns forums.

Speaking of Clowns fans, Big Dawg was sentenced in September to three days in jail for drunken driving. He must of needed money as he went and sued Electronic Arts after he found out the "Madden NFL 09" video game featured a fan who resembles the costume he had been wearing to Browns games for the last 25 years.
