The roster moves continued on Tuesday as the Steelers signed cornerback Corey Ivy to the active roster along with linebacker Rocky Boiman. To make room for both players, the Steelers released linebacker Donovan Woods and cornerback Keiwan Ratliff. Also in a practice squad move the Steelers signed guard Jonathan Palmer was signed to the team’s practice squad and running back Justin Vincent was released.
