With all of the woes the Steelers have had on special teams, it might be advisable to go after former Steelers special teams ace Anthony Madison. Madison was released Tuesday afternoon by the Indianapolis Colts. Madison led the Steelers in special teams tackles last year and was a popular locker room guy, something the Steelers could use just about right now. Madison was released on Sept. 5 in their final roster cut in favor of keeping veteran cornerback Keiwan Ratliff. Ratliff has since been released and the Steelers have had various signings of special teams players in an attempt to fix the kick coverages. Madison would be a great fit assuming no one else puts in a claim for him.
