The Steelers tendered two more restricted free agents on Wednesday as they gave both cornerback William Gay and tight end Matt Spaeth the lowest tenders of $1,101,000 for 2010. Free agency begins midnight Thursday and guard Darnell Stapleton and running back back Carey Davis will become unrestricted free agents at that time. Both are not expected to receive tender offers from the Steelers. No word yet on exclusive rights free agent Patrick Bailey, but all signs are pointing to him being retained at a third year players salary.
