The Steelers returned to the practice field again on Thursday in preparation for the Sunday game down in Tampa versus the Buccaneers. As expected, QB dennis Dixon (knee) and G Trai Essex (ankle) did not practice today. NT Casey Hampton (hamstring) and T Max Starks (ankle) both worked fully for a second straight day and both are looking likely to return to the lineup after sitting out against the Titans last week. G Chris Kemoeatu (knee) and WR Hines Ward (calf) were both added to the injury report on Thursday and both were limited in practice.

For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday, C Jeff Faine (calf) did not work for a second straight day. LB Niko Koutouvides (ankle) was limited after not working on Wednesday. RB Cadillac Williams (hamstring) was limited for a second straight day while QB Josh Freeman (thumb), RB Kareem Huggins (groin), and TE Kellen Winslow (knee) all practiced fully again.

I am, I'm me. 40 something, retired and a life long Steelers fan.
