Mark Kaboly reports that kicker Jeff Reed has changed his kickoff steps and it has resulted in some discomfort but a lot more power as Reed has kicked off 10 times so far this season, and two of the kicks have been touchbacks.

Max Starks will be breaking out the Duce Staley pickle juice down in Tampa this Sunday. Max says his grandmother introduced it to him while growing up in Florida, and he wears by it as an tonic for dehydration.

Ed Bouchette blogged this morning that if the Steelers once again only dress 7 lineman doen in Tampa, it could be Ramon Foster up this time instead of Tony Hills. Foster has more position flexibility and Hills had a bad showing last week as our offensive line breakdown showed.

A large contingent of Steelers fans are expected for Sunday\’s game at Raymond James Stadium and even more than they expect as they are having problems selling out the game and those tickets will likely end up in Steeler Nation hands.

In case you missed it yesterday, Steelers linebacker James Harrison was fined $5,000 for body-slamming Titans quarterback Vince Young on a sack in Nashville Sunday. Harrison did however win the AFC defensive player of the week award and we have some video of the great game here.
