Former Steelers and Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress was denied work release for the second time Tuesday. Burress was sentenced to two years in prison after shooting himself in the right thigh at Manhattan club. The earliest he can return to the NFL would now be the 2011 season and will have been out of the league for nearly three years.
