Steelers Browns Week 6 Wednesday Practice Injury Report
The Steelers officially began practice preparations on Wednesday for their week 6 game against the Cleveland Browns, Sunday at Heinz Field. Overall the team is very healthy as G Trai Essex (ankle) was the only player listed on the Wednesday injury practice report as being limited. Back-up NT Chris Hoke practiced fully and appears to be fully recovered from his sprained MCL.
For the Browns on Wednesday, QB Jake Delhomme (ankle) and QB Seneca Wallace (ankle) both did not practice as expected. Also not practicing were, RB Peyton Hillis (thigh), TE Robert Royal (shoulder), C Alex Mack (shoulder), OL Floyd Womack (knee), OL John St. Clair (ankle), DL Kenyon Coleman (knee), DL Robaire Smith (back), DL Shaun Rogers (elbow) and DB Nick Sorensen (calf). Three players were limited on Wednesday and they were, WR Joshua Cribbs (ankle), DB Abram Elam (knee) and T Joe Thomas (shin).
