Steelers Dolphins Week 7 Wednesday Practice Injury Report
.The Steelers officially began their practice preparations on Wednesday for the week 7 game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday down in Miami. The Wednesday injury report is about as most expected as G Trai Essex (ankle) was limited in practice. DE Brett Keisel (hamstring) did not practice and was ruled out on Tuesday by Mike Tomlin. LB James Harrison (Not Injury Related) was sent home for the day after a meeting with Tomlin earlier in the day. Tomlin said Harrison will be back at practice on Thursday. RB Rashard Mendenhall, G Doug Legursky, G Chris Kemoeatu all practiced fully according to reports. All were dinged up in the Browns game on Sunday, but not listed on the injury report today.
For the Dolphins on Wednesday they seem like a fairly healthy team as well as fullback Lousaka Polite (knee) was the only player not participating in all drills on Wednesday. DE Jared Odrick (fibula) was limited as he wore a thick protective wrap on his lower right leg, but he appeared to be moving around pretty well during drills according to media reports. LB Karlos Dansby (knee) practiced fully despite the knee sprain.
