Steelers Patriots Week 10 Wednesday Practice Injury Report

The Steelers started their practice preparations on Wednesday for the week 10 home game Sunday night against the New England Patriots. DE Aaron Smith (triceps) remains sidelined and will not play again this week. G Chris Kemoeatu (knee,ankle) also sat out on Wednesday and is not looking like he will be ready for Sunday by the early reports. If he can not go, Ramon Foster will likely get the start at left guard. DE Brett Keisel (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday. Also sitting out were K Jeff Reed (illness) and TE Heath Miller (knee). By all accounts, RB Mewelde Moore, RB Isaac Redman and S Will Allen have checked out fine medically after suffering slight concussions on Monday night and all three worked on Wednesday.

For the Patriots on Wednesday, QB Tom Brady (shoulder,foot), S Jarrad Page (calf),NT Myron Pryor (back) and S James Sanders (not injury related) all sat out practice. S Patrick Chung (knee), G Stephen Neal (shoulder), RB Fred Taylor (toe) and DL Mike Wright (groin) were all limited in practice. K Stephen Gostkowski was placed on IR with a thigh injury and is out for the season.
