Steelers Six From Around The Web – Monday December 6th – Steelers Win By A Nose Edition
Some big notes from last night as punter Daniel Sepulveda is out for the season with a torn ACL in his right knee. We have the video of the Heath Miller hit here as well as the Ben Roethlisberger hit to the nose here.
Like them or not, Gerry Dulac of the Post Gazette has his report card from the game last night and looks to be a little kind in a few grades.
Mike Tomlin talked to Rich Eisen and Warren Sapp of the NFL Network live earlier in the day and Tomlin told them he is pretty much tired of talking about all the hits. This of course was prior to all the hits Sunday night. He also has a chuckle with Sapp.
If you missed the Steelers linebacker piece of Steve Sabol on the NFL Network pregame Sunday morning you can watch it here, Sabol looks back at Jack Lambert, Joey Porter, James Harrison and all the linebackers who have played for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Former Steelers 2009 3rd round draft pick Kraig Urbik tore up his knee on Sunday for the Bills against the Vikings and will likely be lost for the year. We wish him a speedy recovery.
Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau talked with Bob Costas about the NFL cracking down on hits, his Hall of Fame football career, how he manages to stay lively at the age of 73 and more.
