Steelers Interviewing Chuck Cecil For Secondary Coach Position

ESPN reporter John Clayton is reporting that the Steelers are interviewing former Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator Chuck Cecil for the teams open secondary coach position. Former secondary coach Ray Horton left to become the defensive coordinator of the Arizona Cardinals last week. It was announced on January 20th that Cecil would not be retained as the Titans defensive coordinator under new head coach Mike Munchak. Cecil was in the news this past season after being caught on camera giving officials the middle-finger gesture while protesting a neutral zone infraction call against one of his players during the October 3rd game against the Denver Broncos. Cecil was subsequently fined $40,000 by the league for the gesture. The Titans defense ended the 2010 season ranked 26th in total yards allowed and 29th against the pass.
