Episode #47 of The Terrible Podcast is up and in this 30 minute episode David Todd and I discuss the Steelers 2011 schedule that was released on Tuesday and talk about what we dislike about it and how the Steelers strength of schedule is misleading. We continue on and discuss the latest news from the Sports Business Journal that a “breakaway group of players” want a seat at the mediation table and might be close to hiring a lawyer to intervene in mediation. We then move on to talk about the recent pre draft visitors the Steelers have had in and discuss a little about the Steelers 1st round draft pick plans. I tell why I am moving away from thinking that they may select a cornerback in round 1 next Thursday and that might next mock draft will reflect that. We talk about the ESPN cornerback power rankings that came out this week as well as the Pete Prisco top 100 players list that surfaced this past week on CBSSports.com. We close by answering a reader question about Virginia Tech cornerback Rashad Carmichael and how he certainly could be on the Steelers radar.
