Steelers safety Troy Polamalu will be going down to Florida this summer to join James Farrior, Ike Taylor and William Gay as they train under the watchful eye of the renowned Tom Shaw.

John Harris of the Tribune Review writes that with the NFL lockout in effect it has provided all 32 teams with extra time to evaluate the 2011 free-agent class and make more thorough decisions about which players to sign and which ones to avoid which will cause a free-agent frenzy whenever the lockout ends.
