Raheem Brock Fined For Hit On Roethlisberger

Seahawks defensive lineman Raheem Brock has been fined by the NFL for a low hit on Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger during Sunday\’s game. Brock was leg whipped by right tackle Marcus Gilbert after beating him with a spin move and hit Roethlisberger below the knees just after he released the ball.

Roethlisberger left the game with an injured knee, but returned two plays later after being cleared by the medical staff. Brock was penalized on the play for violating the “Brady Rule”. Brock announced the fine via Twitter and said, “Fined by the NFL today for being “TRIPPED” by an o\’lineman and fallin into the QB\’s legs! Smh if I only had super powers to stop mid air”

There is no word yet on the amount of the fine just yet, but Brock is surely to appeal it. Here is a link to video of the play.
