Steelers Six From Around The Web – November 9th – Clark Talks Mis-communication

Ryan Clark was on 93.7 The Fan last night and talked about the penalties in the game against the Ravens and defended his hit on tight end Ed Dickson. Clark also talks about the game winning touchdown where Clark says he was to blame for being out of place on that play and says mis-communication was partly to blame.

It is Wednesday and that means the latest pre game release is up on steelers.com and as usual it loaded with great information. One nugget that sticks out is tight end Heath Miller needs just eight receptions to tie Elbie Nickel (329) for the most receptions by a tight end in Steelers history.

Mark Kaboly has his weekly “After Further Review” post up now and does a great job of breaking down the Steelers loss to the Ravens on Sunday night. Kaboly notes how little the Ravens used the cut block this time around.

Pro Football Focus also has their weekly re-focused article up now as the recap the Steelers game against the Ravens.

The NFL TV coverage maps are up for week 10 and it shows that Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts will call the Steelers Bengals game for CBS.

For game tape lovers like myself, it was sad to hear this past week that the NFL has no intentions of releasing the “All-22” game views in the near future. This is sad because it adds another dimension to game analysis and a better way for bloggers like myself to show casual fans what did or did not happen on certain plays and get more in-depth into the X\’s & O\’s of the game that you do not see during the regular TV broadcast.
