Season 2, Episode 60 of The Terrible Podcast is up and with David Todd back from Las Vegas we dive right into the 5 star match-up between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the St. Louis Rams taking place Saturday at Heinz Field. Ok, maybe not a 5 star. David and I start by looking at the Friday injury report and discussing the news that Charlie Batch will start over the injured Ben Roethlisberger at quarterback. Will Ben still dress? We discuss it and wonder what it would take for him to have to play in this game at some point if he does dress. We discuss the injured players along with the roster move today that saw running back John Clay promoted from the practice squad and rookie cornerback Curtis Brown being placed on injured reserve.
We get in our weekly talk about Hines Ward and if indeed someone has it out for him with the Steelers as Ed Bouchette suggested this past week. We move into previewing the Steelers Rams game and would it would take for the Steelers to lose Saturday. We both find it highly unlikely, but not impossible. After that we get to our week 16 picks of the rest of the games in week 16 and give our score predictions for the Steelers game. We give a quick shout-out to a listener of the show in the UK and David gives info about hosting next week on ESPN 970.
