Steelers Hire Shaun Sarrett As New Offensive Quality Control Coach

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced today via Twitter that they have hired Shaun Sarrett as their new offensive quality control coach. Sarrett fills the position that became open when Harold Goodwin left to become the new offensive line coach for the Indianapolis Colts.

Sarrett had been on the staff of the Duke University coaching staff since 2008 where he served as their offensive quality control coach. Prior to being hired by Duke he served as a graduate assistant at Marshall University and before that he served as an offensive and defensive line coach at Streetsboro High School in Streetsboro, Ohio.

Sarrett played guard for Kent State University and was a three-year letter-man. He earned his degree in health education in 2004.
