Season 3, Episode 4 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start off by talking about the Friday news that Pittsburgh Steelers restricted free agent wide receiver Mike Wallace is currently down in Florida working out under the watchful eye of trainer Tom Shaw and could very well report to training camp soon. What kind of time frame is “soon” anyway? Regardless, we give our thoughts on it.
After the weekly Wallace talk, we move on to start talking about the Steelers 24-23 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles Thursday night and cover both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. We look at the struggles the tackles had, especially Mike Adams and talk about how we think guard David DeCastro had a good first showing overall. The Steelers secondary, most notably Curtis Brown, allowed two back to back big plays for touchdowns in the second half so of course that gets our attention as well.
Mixed in along the way we talk about the play of Baron Batch, Jerrod Johnson, Adrian Robinson, Al Woods, Sean Spence and several other players on both sides of the ball. We attempt to break down the game and individual performances from several angles and hope you enjoy the show.
