Jonathan Dwyer To Start Against The Ravens? New Depth Chart Shows Him On Top

The pre game media release for the Pittsburgh Steelers upcoming game Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens is now out and the included depth chart has a noticeable change on it at the running back position.

Jonathan Dwyer is listed atop the running backs this week on the depth chart with Isaac Redman listed behind him and Rashard Mendenhall listed third. In the pre game release last week it was reversed with Mendenhall being listed first.

This was not done by accident following the Steelers 20-14 loss this past Sunday to Cleveland Browns. The Steelers running backs fumbled away the football 4 times in total in the game and they put it on the ground a total of 6 times.

If the depth chart holds just the way it is come Sunday, it would be the third start of the year for Dwyer, who rushed for over 100 yards in his previous two starts this season against the Cincinnati Bengals and the Washington Redskins. Dwyer carried the ball just 17 times in both of those games.

Maybe head coach Mike Tomlin will stick with Dwyer a whole in this game like he did the other two times that he started.
