Listening to you guys talk about TEs, I would love for us to grab Zach Ertz out of Stanford in the 2nd. Your right Pope won’t be back next year he is a horrible blocker. Ertz could do wonders for this offense.

The TE position deserves to be in shambles, when they decided to keep
Paulson and Pope over Saunders. I think Haley has too much influence on
this team, to go along with the predictable run run pass offense the
last 6 games he deserves to get canned!

Kugler’s OLine’s, for reasons unknown to me, have been subject to multiple injuries since he was in Buffalo. If I recall correctly, in one season at the Bills – I think it was the one before he came to the Steelers – all the starters got injured and they ended up using 13 players as starters.

Stats for Foster don’t tell the whole story. Eyeball test shows that he’s only average & a notch below Colon & DeCastro. Not many mistakes, but not dominant either. Marginal starter, the type you’d want to upgrade if he was starting. Hardly what I’d call a “priority guy” tbh. He went undrafted for a reason.

Good call on the STs – I watch the Coaches Film & couldn’t believe what I was watching sometimes. We were lucky not to give up a lot more on returns than what we did over the season.

Good reporting on the Legursky/Phil Taylor cheap shots and Pouncey. Hopefully our guys learn & deal with the likes of Yanda when they start diving into the back of the legs of our DL.

Thanks for a great season of podcasts guys. I’ll be tuning in during the offseason.
