The Terrible Podcast – Talking Chris Rainey Release, Playoff Games, Early Draft Talk & More Episode
Season 3, Episode 67 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I get busy talking about the ongoing courtship of Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley and Omar Khan, the Director of Business & Football Administration, for starters.
Since our last podcast was released, running back Chris Rainey has been released by the Steelers following his arrest down in Florida so David and I of course both give our thoughts on that as it relates to the decision. We also discuss the whole “double standard” angle as well.
Linebacker LaMarr Woodley is back in the news after trainer Tom Shaw mentioned that he would like to work with him down in Florida this offseason, so we talk about that as well as the comments made last week by Steelers team president Art Rooney II regarding training and injuries.
There certainly were some exciting games this past weekend in the Divisional Round of the playoffs so David and I give our thoughts on what we observed in those games. We also talk about Matt Schaub, Joe Flacco and Colin Kaepernick in addition.
The Senior Bowl is right around the corner so we tease you a little bit with some preliminary draft talk as it relates to the Steelers after my early look at a few of the defensive prospects.
As always, thanks for listening and don\’t forget to call or email with questions or comments and please pass us along to your friends!
