Erin Sharoni, co-host of the "Jim Rome on Showtime" recently interviewed Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Chris Carter and his trainer, Matthew Uohara, via Spreecast about his offseason training regimen. Being as we have had quite a few post lately about which Steelers player is training where this offseason, I thought that several of you might enjoy the interview. Sharoni interviews athletes about training and nutrition, among other things, on her own time and reached out to me to see if I would post this.
Carter was placed on the injured reserve list by the Steelers back in the middle of November with an abdominal injury. He started the first three games of the year at right outside linebacker while James Harrison was sidelined. Carter recorded 8 total tackles on the season and no sacks in just over 100 snaps on defense.
