Report: Interest In Steelers Free Agent Offensive Lineman Doug Legursky Picking Up

I posted about free agent offensive lineman Doug Legursky on Thursday and it just so happens that he is in the news on Friday as Bo Marchionte of college2pro.com is reporting that interest in Legursky is starting to pick up now that teams are starting to wrap up their OTA sessions.

According to Marchionte, Legursky\’s agent David Rich claims the Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants, Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills have all expressed interest in the Pittsburgh Steelers free agent undrafted offensive lineman and that a visit with the Bills will take place on June 4th.

Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown posted a picture to his Twitter account on Thursday that included himself and Legursky alongside Maurkice Pouncey, Kelvin Beachum and John Malecki and it looked as if it might have been taken at the team facility. That, however, has not been confirmed.

Legursky served as the Steelers backup center and swing guard since 2009, but it appears that Beachum is being given every opportunity to assume that role in 2013.
