The Terrible Podcast – Talking Steelers Depth Chart, Personnel Usage, Left Handed Tackles & More Episode

Steelers Podcast

Season 4, Episode 5 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start off by talking about the most recent depth chart that was released by the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday as well as the most recent transaction that took place Wednesday morning while we recording.

Also in this episode we have a look at the personnel groupings the Kansas City Chiefs used in 2012 and why Todd Haley might mimic those groupings in 2013.

Tunch Ilkin recently talked about Mike Adams being left-handed and thus a better fit on the left side of the offensive line so we debate that as well.

Will the Steelers really use their defensive ends more to rush the edge in 2013? We talk about the possibility and the plus and minuses of doing it.

As always, there are a few other talking points mixed in that I did not highlight here in the recap.

As always, thanks for listening and don\’t forget to call or email with questions or comments and please pass us along to your friends!

Surprised not to see anything written, or said, about Hard Knocks and seeing James Harrison in those sickening orange and black colors. And, of course, seeing James Harrison on camera being, well, James Harrison. Seeing how he acted is precisely why Hard Knocks would never fly in Pittsburgh, and shouldn’t. Also why I’m sorry James isn’t a Steeler. Yes, I fully understand why it happened, doesn’t mean I have to like it!

Who’s our next “mean guy” on the Steelers D? We’ve had Joe Greene, Jack Lambert, Greg Lloyd, Joey Porter, James Harrison. Who’s that guy now? We need one.
