Season 4, Episode 9 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start by looking at the inured players for the Pittsburgh Steelers heading into their Monday night preseason game against the Washington Redskins. We then move on to talk about several things on offense, defense and special teams that we will be looking forward to seeing during the game.
The Steelers have yet to give up on injured cornerback DeMarcus Van Dyke, so we revisit his situation as it relates to him possibly making the 53 man roster this year.
Ryan Clark had some interesting comments about rookie wide receiver Markus Wheaton in relation to former wide receiver Mike Wallace, so we discuss what he had to say.
Linebacker Jason Worilds was fined for his hit last week on New York Giants quarterback David Carr, so we try to calm the fears that many have as it relates to him becoming the new poster boy for fines now that James Harrison is gone.
William Gay predicted ten interceptions this year for the cornerbacks, so we look at the reality of that actually happening.
As always, there are a few other talking points mixed in that I did not highlight here in the recap.
