Report: Steelers RB LaRod Stephens-Howling Suffered A Torn ACL Sunday

According to Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports 1 on Twitter, Pittsburgh Steelers running back LaRod Stephens-Howling suffered a suffered a torn ACL in the Sunday season opening loss to the Tennessee Titans.

Stephens-Howling was signed as an unrestricted free agent by the Steelers during the draft after playing his first four seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, who originally drafted him out of the University of Pittsburgh

Stephens-Howling makes the third Steelers player that was injured Sunday that will likely miss the rest of the season as center Maurkice Pouncey (knee) and linebacker Larry Foote (bicep) will both require season ending surgery due to injuries suffered Sunday.
