Steelers Injury Report: CB Cortez Allen & TE Heath Miller Ruled Out Saturday For Bengals Game

The Pittsburgh Steelers released their final injury report for the week on Saturday and it shows three players being listed as out.

Cornerback Cortez Allen (ankle), tight end Heath Miller (knee) and running back Le’Veon Bell (foot) were all listed as out on Saturday and they will not play Monday night against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Allen, who failed to practice all week because of an ankle injury suffered last Sunday in the season opener against the Tennessee Titans, will be replaced by William Gay in the starting lineup. In addition, rookie safety Shamarko Thomas is expected to see a lot of time in the slot as a big nickel sub package defender Monday night.

The Steelers also listed cornerback Curtis Brown (illness) as doubtful after he was limited on Saturday. Brown had practiced fully on Friday after sitting out Thursday.

Nose tackle Steve McLendon (hamstring) and kicker Shaun Suisham (hamstring) are both listed as probable after practicing fully for a second day in a row.
