The Terrible Podcast – Talking Steelers Raiders Preview, News Recap & Weekly Picks Episode

Season 4, Episode 37 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I get right into previewing the Sunday game against the Oakland Raiders. We discuss what both teams bring to the table in this game and what the Steelers must do on offense and defense in order to come away with a win.

Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor is dangerous with not only his arm, but his legs as well so we focus in on him as well as his banged up offensive line.

We go over the Steelers injury report and discuss the offensive line situation head into the game. Will we see more wildcat this week? We discuss that a little bit.

We make sure to catch you up on all of the recent Steelers news since our last podcast and then move on to our weekly picks of all of the week 8 games.

As usual, a few more talking points are mixed in for good measure.

Thanks for listening and don’t forget to call or email with questions or comments and please pass us along to your friends!

For ILB down the road, yeah maybe Foote comes back. Yeah, maybe it’s Timmons and Vince Williams, but also maybe it’s Timmons and Sean Spence. There’s plenty of time to figure that out especially if Spence sticks on the 53 at least to practice the rest of the season.

Nice props to Antonio Brown and presumably Richard Mann as well. AB has been fantastic with his details and it really shows in his high percentage of catches vs his targets. His negative plays on offense (drops, poor routes, turnovers, etc) have been reduced to almost nothing which is a huge plus in a wide receiver.
