The Terrible Podcast – Talking Tomlin Presser, Jets Game Wrapup & Ravens Preview With John Eisenberg Episode

Season 4, Episode 33 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start by recapping the Tuesday press conference of Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin as we go over injuries, roster moves and more. We also give you our final thoughts on the Sunday win over the New York Jets and that includes highlighting the play of several players on both the offense and the defense.

In part two of the show, David and I are again joined by John Eisenberg, the Baltimore Ravens beat writer for the official team web site and we preview the upcoming game. We get Eisenberg’s thoughts on the Ravens offense and defense heading into the game and focus in on a few of the key matchups. As usual, we highly suggest that you follow John on Twitter at @BMoreEisenberg and that you also read his work online right here.

As usual, a few more talking points are mixed in for good measure.

Cam Hewyard played good on both sides of the line cause he is a football player. He has more natural ability than Ziggy Hood. I’m not bashing Hood but its clear Hewyard has the football pedigree. I just don’t know why he didn’t have a bigger role earlier when he flashed pass rush ability even in his rookie season getting a nice sack in the Tenessee game.

Infuriated me when I saw people throwing the bust label on him so soon.
