Bengals Injury Report: Flu Bug Forces A Few Players To Miss Thursday

The Cincinnati Bengals Thursday injury report is now out and shows that the flu bug is making the rounds with the team as it forced a few players to miss practice.

Now practicing on Thursday were linebacker Vontaze Burfict (illness, thigh), running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis (illness), linebacker James Harrison (illness) and cornerback Terence Newman (knee). Newman is not expected to play Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Limited for a second straight day on Thursday were defensive end Wallace Gilberry (knee) and wide receiver Marvin Jones (shoulder).

Practicing fully on Thursday were safety George Iloka (concussion) and guard Kevin Zeitler (foot). Iloka had been limited on Wednesday, so it appears as though he is moving in the right direction with his concussion.
