The Terrible Podcast – Talking Steelers Packers Recap, Airing Of Grievances & More Episode

Season 4, Episode 61 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I get right into recapping the Pittsburgh Steelers 38-31win on Sunday over the Green Bay Packers. This includes us talking about the botched call by the officials following the blocked field goal as well as the decision by head coach Mike Tomlin to not take a knee and kick a field goal on the final offensive possession.

We look at the Steelers playoff chances heading into the final week of the season and talk a little at the end about who played well in the game and who didn’t. This episode moves pretty fast and we hope to be back on Christmas with another short podcast to recap what Tomlin had to say on Monday in addition to looking forward to the Week 17 game against the Cleveland Browns.

As usual, a few more Steelers talking points are mixed in along the way.

Thanks for listening and don’t forget to call or email with questions or comments and please pass us along to your friends!

What is the play you guys are talking about where there’s someone laying in the end zone on a punt. Also, could someone show me a video of it. I just don’t remember the play.

Did anyone else notice what that Piece of Sh** Josh Sitton (#71) did to Heyward on an extra point in the second half? As Heyward jumped up, he gave him an upper cut right between the legs. And he talks how Detroit’s D line is dirty…please…

The batting rule is dumb. It is meant to prevent advancing the ball, but since it went out of bounds, which was the obvious intent, it shouldn’t matter if it was knocked forward or backward., The problem is the rule.
