The Terrible Podcast – Talking Contracts, Attendance, Salary Cap, All-Pro Team, Playoff Picks & More Episode

Season 4, Episode 66 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I talk about why it is so hard for teams to sellout playoff games this year. Is it the weather or do teams need to improve the stadium experience? We want feedback from you on this.

The Chicago Bears gave quarterback Jay Cutler a new seven-year deal on Thursday and after discussing that, we discuss what we believe Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will get in the way of a contract extension during the offseason.

While we are talking about salary cap numbers, we talk about the hard times the Baltimore Ravens will be facing this offseason being as they have just a handful of players eating up a good portion of their 2014 cap number.

The Associated Press announced the All-Pro teams on Thursday so we discuss that and the rookie article that Mel Kiper Jr. wrote on ESPN in addition.

Several other Steelers talking points are mixed in as we answer a few emails before giving you our picks for the four playoff games this weekend. It might be the offseason, but we easily find topics to fill up 50 minutes with in this episode.

Thanks for listening and don’t forget to call or email with questions or comments and please pass us along to your friends!
