Season 4, Episode 79 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start off by recapping a few more things that Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert had to say in his interviews last week. This mostly pertains to the future of linebacker Jason Worilds, who is currently scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent in a few more weeks.
The Baltimore Ravens have extended the contract of linebacker Terrell Suggs and prior to the details coming out, we give you our thoughts on that decision and what it means over the course of the next few years. Would you rather have Suggs right now or LaMarr Woodley? That’s a question that David threw out there to ponder.
Steelers radio analyst and former offensive lineman Tunch Ilkin has weighed in with his thoughts on the hiring of Mike Munchak as the new offensive line coach and we go over the impact that he believes it will make on several of the young linemen on the roster.
We talk a little more about soon-to-be free agent wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders after it was reported that he has recently fired his agent. Should he be considered one of the top five unrestricted free agent wide receivers on the market? Also, what is his current value? We discuss it.
Ted Wells released his report last week that details his findings related to Miami Dolphins offensive linemen Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin so we discuss what it means for both of those players as well as Mike Pouncey. Will Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey feel any backlash as a result of what his brother is accused of doing? We discuss all of this and more.
