Steelers T Kelvin Beachum Has Earned $236,666.97 From The Performance-Based Pay Program

According to Tom Pelissero of USA Today Sports, Pittsburgh Steelers tackle Kelvin Beachum has a big check headed his way in the future thanks to him being awarded $236,666.97 from the performance-based pay program.

Beachum, who was drafted in the seventh-round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of SMU, played 840 snaps last season for the Steelers and started 12 games.

Beachum took over at left tackle for Mike Adams following the loss in London to the Minnesota Vikings and never looked back. The way things look right now, Beachum will enter training camp as the Steelers starting left tackle.

According to Pelissero, Beachum will receive his performance-based play check on April 1, 2016.
