Season 4, Episode 86 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I get right into talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers recent signing of former San Diego Chargers defensive linemen Cam Thomas. We look at what Thomas has done so far during his career and wonder if this was a reactionary move to the loss of Al Woods to the Tennessee Titans or planned.
The Steelers will be hosting wide receiver Lance Moore and running back James Starks this week, so we talk about those two players in addition to free agent wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery, who will be visiting with the Carolina Panthers. In addition, we talk about the visit that defensive end Alex Carrington had with the Steelers on Friday.
After looking at the big picture as it relates to free agency so far, we turn our attention to how it affects the 2014 NFL Draft as far as the Steelers are concerned. We also talk about wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders signing with the Denver Broncos on Sunday and rehash the Steelers decision to not let him go to the New England Patriots last offeason.
As usual, several other Steelers talking points are also discussed along the way.
