2014 NFL Schedule Will Not Be Released This Week

There have been rumors that the NFL would be releasing the 2014 schedule this week, but Brian McCarthy, who heads up public relations for the league, posted on Twitter Monday that those rumors are not true.

Last season, the full schedule was released on April 18th and that is likely why there has been speculation that the league would keep the same time table this year.

The Pittsburgh Steelers already know their opponents for all 16 games as that was easy to figure out as soon as the 2013 regular season concluded. We will just have to wait a little longer until we find out the exact times and dates.

In case you forgot, here are the Steelers home and road opponents for 2014.

HOME: Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, New Orleans, Tampa Bay

AWAY: Atlanta, Baltimore, Carolina, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Jacksonville, New York Jets, Tennessee

Steelers play no Games out of the Eastern Time Zone, which is Great for them. Take that back Titans are in the Central TIme Zone.

Wow, they have some tough home games. When was the last time they had a losing record at home or even a five hundred record ? The 80’s or the 60’s.

Hey guys any advice or intel you can give this kid to hopefully go to his first football/Pittsburgh game?
I don’t know anything about that but I wanna go at least before I die.
But it’s not that easy since I’m from Mexico.
