Steelers 2014 Preseason Schedule Features Games Against Giants, Bills, Eagles And Panthers

The Pittsburgh Steelers 2014 preseason schedule has now been released and the two home games this year will played against the Buffalo Bills and the Carolina Panthers.

The Steelers two preseason road games will be against the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Steelers will open the preseason on the road against the Giants with their second game being at home against the Bills, who they will reportedly scrimmage against a few times this year during training camp.

The Steelers third preseason game will be on the road against the Eagles and as usual, the preseason finale will be against the Panthers with this meeting taking place at Heinz Field. The Steelers will also play the Panthers during the regular season on the road.

The Steelers preseason finale will be on August 28th and the dates of times of the other three games will be announced over the course of the next few weeks.

If they go 0-4 and Ben jokingly says they are saving the TD’s for the regular season..The third non-playoff season will officially kick off…

I am from philly, and I have never been to the linc for a steelers vs eagles game. Have you been to a game there? How was your experience?

  • Steve

Steelers don’t have much traveling this year, which is a good thing. Don’t do well on the West Coast trips.

  • steelster

Steve, that is by design for the preseason and saves teams time and money.

  • Henry

Why do we always play the Panthers in the pre season?

  • Melly

not to the linc, but the vet. i live an hour north of philly, and work w/ tons of bird fans(im hopin to go this preseason). anyway, was at a preseason game maybe 10yrs ago in philly w/ my son(he was 13). i believe the birds won 17-14? but the whole way done the ramps, they are verbally attacking me. i get it, but when kids are around, AND its a preseason game…tone it down some!

Steelers should honor East Brady’s Jim Kelly @ the Bills exhibition game.
