Voting for the player who will grace the cover of Madden NFL 15 opened on May 8 and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is one of 16 players in the running for it this year.
It’s a bracket format and Brown, who caught 110 passes for 1,499 yards and eight touchdowns in 2013, is going up against Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton in the first round.
Brown was voted the Steelers team MVP in 2013 and his stellar season also resulted in him earning a second Pro Bowl selection.
Brown’s 1,499 receiving yards also set a new franchise record as he bested the number that Yancey Thigpen registered in 1997 by 101 yards.
